Spanning over a century of elements from Edwardian to contemporary, with Art Deco in between, this southwest London townhouse got a complete refurbishment. We were sympathetic to the original architectural details, but made the room worth lingering in. We directed lots of natural into the once dark, north facing reception area. Walls got fresh plaster and finished in pinkish brown matt, smoked herringbone Italian parquet laid over central under-floor heating. Textural pieces brought in with vintage & contemporary furnishings.
